This position will function as a software developer and is responsible for all web based application system development. This position will lead projects and provide technical support to users and management

• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or related discipline
• Experience implementing application software in a large and complex organization.
• Experience in design and development of web applications using Java and J2EE technologies including but not limited to EJB, Java Beans, JSP, servlets and JDBC.
• Experience in XML, HTML, Javascript and CSS
• Experience in Web Services and knowledge of SOA.
• Knowledge of architectural concepts, design methodologies, design patterns and UML
• Experience in or familiarity with open source frameworks and tools such as CVS, Ant, Axis and Struts.
• Experience in development and deployment on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of Unix shell programming a plus.
• Must have experience using IDE\\\'s, preferably Eclipse or JBuilder
• Experience in Application Servers, preferably Websphere and Tomcat
• Experience in SQL, DB design and RDBMS, preferably DB2.
• Hands on experience in all aspects of the development life cycle - requirements, design/analysis, development, development testing, QA.
• Hands on experience capturing requirements, design (functional/technical) and test plans.
• Performed QA integration and system testing based on QA test plans
